Red, White & Blue Tilda :)

Picture 007c copy

Hi there peeps and hope you are all OK today - it’s the end of the week, woohoooooo :)

It’s time to head on over to the Just Magnolia and hAnglar & sTanglar challenge where our hostess with the mostess this week is Julie and this week’s theme is

Buttons & Bows

This week, we have two wonderful sponsors -

All That Scraps with any C.C. Designs stamp set of the winners choice …

and ….

The Ribbon Girl with this terrific prize.

Well I LOVE buttons and bows – you probably did notice that  lol  and this  …

… is what I did.

I used my new Tilda from this latest stamp release – not sure what she is called, sorry peeps - and I coloured her with these Copics -

Skin – E000, E00, E11, E21, R00, R20

Hair – E43, E47, E50, E81

The rest – B00, B39, B93, B95, B97, C00, C1, C3, C4, C7, R02, R05, R17, R27, R59

The papers, which I am LOVING, are from this fab collection ….

fqb_touroflondon_LRG

It’s the FQB Tour of London collection and it’s perfect for everything that is happening here this summer.

I also used papers from the

Tour of London Too - Digital Scrapbooking background papers

Tour of London Too collection and both are of course from Nitwits.

The theme is Buttons & Bows and I did one of each lo!!!

The bow is made with 15mm Red No.15 Berisford Satin ribbon from The Ribbon Girl.

So that’s it from me today.

I am a tad on the late side adding this cos it’s been one of those bitty days. You know, when you don't actually get much done but you never seem to stop. And ladyship is in residence so I am guessing where we are off for tea!!!  But I’ll be back tomoz and I’ll do my blast from the past as I didn't manage to get on here yesterday due to having to finish off a very big job which has been lurking for a week or so.

I’m going to Aintree in the afternoon to pick up some dies but it is a flying visit unfortunately – no time to stop and shop, cry cry. So I’ll see you before I head off.

Till them. have a great Friday evening and huggiest of hugs to all xxx

This is wonderful Dawny and being British I love the colours (they are actually one of my favourite colour combos).
Being the celebratory year that it is for the UK, with the Jubilee and Olympic Games, your colour combo is perfect and especially with the celebration papers from NitWits. A truly lovely card and the image is stunning.
All the best Linda
