Good morning loves and isn’t it a nice Spring morning.
So after a very long lay off, I picked up my Copics again.
I’m a bit rusty because, well, you can’t not do something for a long time and expect to get back to where you were at your last go.
But I will get there, for sure.

So what have I been colouring?
This little beauty, that’s what and I sooo enjoyed it.
I coloured her using the following Copic pens -
Skin – E000, E00, E11, E13, R02, R05
Hair – E09, E31, E34, E35, E39, E50, E59
Clothes – R59, RV000, RV00, RV10, RV85, W000, W00, W1, W3, W5, W7
Grouding – W00, W01, W03, W05
Hair – E09, E31, E34, E35, E39, E50, E59

It’s been a long time (a very very long time!!) since I’ve listed pens lol.
I added a couple of glittery Nuvo Drops as well.
I just LOVE these sentiments - I thought they fit the image so well (plus it makes my heart sing to colour).
I used the Tonic Tim Holtz Stamping Platform to stamp ‘Sing’ by the image.
It makes it so much easier than trying to line it up using your eyes – especially if your eyes are as bad as mine (old age is a terrible thing!!).

OK so I said there was news and I’ve been sitting on this for weeks now and bursting to share.
I’ve only gone and joned Nikky and her amazing DT over at Polka Doodles – wooohoo.
I am so pleased because I’ve missed using images and I love hers so much.
I still love using dies but there’s something therapeutic about sitting down quietly with your pens and just chilling.
