Hi there sweet peeps and hope you all had a great weekend :)
It’s time for another Ribbon Girl card challenge and this month it’s all about
Pearls
And all you need to do is to add some to your work – it’s that simple.
We're sponsored by Lili Of The Valley who are offering a stamp of your choice to the winner ….
… and of course, The Ribbon Girl who are offering
So 2 very good reasons to get yer pearlie stuff out and have a bash!!!
So …
… this is what I did.
The image is Queenie & Princess by Little Darlings.
It is of course a Saturated Canary image and this is an actual rubber stamp that I got when I did Claudia’s workshop at Sir Stampalot earlier in the year.
I coloured it with the following Copics -
Skin - E0000, E000, E00, E11, E13, R00, R02
Eyes – B00, B05, E31, E35
Blonde Hair – E31, E33, E34, E35, E39, E50
Black Hair - C00, C1, C4, C5, C7, Black
Crown – E50, Y17, Y21, Y38
Clothes – BG0000, BG01, BG05, C1, C5, RV0000, RV000, RV00, RV23, RV34, Y38
I grounded the image with N00 & N2 and then added Glamour Dust!!
Some gorgeousness from The Ribbon Girl here -
Organza Pink Looped Trim with some Sugar and Spice self adhesive pearls.
The papers are from the new FQB Slice of Life and the Slice of Life Solids collections from Nitwits - the colours are sooo pretty.
And talking of pretty, the bow here is made from 38mm Pale Pink Faux Silk (the most beautiful pink) and topped off with an Aqua Small Polka Dot Spotty Button and some Ivory Button Twine.
And I also added some Pink Round Pins and a White Hat Pin
So that’s the old card and that’s me done for today.
It’s my first day back at work today after a week off so I best get to it. I’ll see you tomorrow with something Papertakey so till then, have a fab day.
Huggiest of hugs to all xxx
