Anything Goes …..

im

… today over at the Just Magnolia challenge because it’s the first challenge of the month.

But firstly, morning lovely peeps and hope you are all OK. It’s Friday and my fave day of the week because a) no work for two days is fast approaching and b) the sweetness that is Kyla comes to stay tonight, so there’s usually lots of fun things planned.

From last month, we have changed the ‘rules’ so that for our special monthly challenge, you get to do whatever you want and  there is a fantastic prize up for grabs because it’s ……

….. wooohooo!!!

So I had a fiddle with one of me new Tildas and …..

this is what I did.

I have always loved this colour palette (even though I really am a ‘pink’ girlie at heart) because it’s so striking and bold but still looks ‘clean’ and some of the first cards I ever made used this combi.

So out came the old Copics and I coloured the little sweetie using -

E0000, E00, E21, E35, E42, E50, R59, R17, YG03, YR0000

bloom

The PATP eyelet lace punch was overworked again (poor thing!!) and I also used my new  Magnolia Old Swedish Lace die as well – it’s sooo pretty I think

And I did a bit of flower arranging as well, here ….

... and here.

The sentiment and papers are PP  - I used Fairy Dots and Gingham

And that’s the card all done.

If you want to go shopping, the stockist are -

Copics and PATP punch - Dies To Die For.  Tilda and Swedish Lace Die - Crafts U Love. Papers and sentiment - Pink Petticoat.  Blooms - Wild Orchid Crafts

So I’m off now to get prepared for the little whirlwind’s visit tonight. I am guessing that everything we do will accompanied by  coughing and sneezing, so best avoid the cake making for a week - ughhhhh!! R has succumbed to the lergy as I thought he would (I can’t have anything to myself lol xxx) so it could well turn out to be a bit of a Lemsip fest with a bit of Kapol thrown in if Miss K joins in!!!  It could well be the night for snuggling up on the couch with popcorn, snackage and Nanny McFee (I just LOVE that film).

Have a great weekend and see you soon.

Take care and hugs to all xxx
