Seek & Ye Shall Find :)

More of the seek and ye shall find but in a sec but first things first.

It’s Thursday -  this week has just flown by – and time for another challenge with the  Lili Of The Valley Thursday Challenge girlies. We have a fabulous prize as always and this week it’s these beauties …..

… now who wouldn't want  some Wild Orchid Crafts loveliness in their crafty stash :)

And we have a gorgeous sketch as well -

And this zingy, bright and colourful bad boy is what I did  (yes we appear to be a pastel free zone here today lol!!)

I used Lili Of The Valley Party Pup Christmas Pressie which you can see here ( how sweet is that little face peeps).

I coloured him (or her, but I think it’s  a boy!!) with Copics in these shades -

C00, C1, C3, C5, C7, G85, R22, R27, R59, R85, YG0000, YG00, YG23

and of course these fabulous pens are available from Tracy at Dies To Die For.

Now here’s the seek and ye shall find bit.

I wanted some holly to tie in with the image so I waded through my stash and found all kinds of stamps, papers etc etc but nothing was funky enough for what I wanted. Then I found what I was looking for in the shape of an old Sissix die that I bought years ago in a bargain bin - it had been reduced to something daft like £4.50 or something.

And I thought ‘that’s the very chap for me!!!)

I cut a couple and used a scrap of  the DP behind it – you probably can tell!!!!

That paper looks just like fabric and it’s one of the Nitwits collections.

The pretty self adhesive pearls are of course from Wild Orchid Crafts – there’s some in this week’s prize :)

So that’s me card du jour peeps.

I am off to start packing for Centreparcs – we are taking Kyla for a few days - so there might be a bit of scheduled posting going on for a few days.

But I’ll see you tomorrow with something Tilda-ish and I can tell you that it is very VERY different from my usual style, and it’s our special monthly challenge as well and something which I really enjoyed doing (no, it isn't eating lol !!).
