Hi lovely peeps and hope you are all OK today :)
We have another fab theme this week over at Lili Of The Valley Thursday challenge and we want you to
Punch It Out
so you just need to get those punches and dies out and out could win ….
… this voucher – woohooooo, and there’s loads of yummy stuff in the shop :).
There’s also a GDT call as well so if you fancy coming on board for a few week, nip and check it all out chicksies.
Speaking of coming on board, this is what I did.
Isn't he the cutest little teddy in his play boat, awww!!! He’s called Pirate Bear and he’s from the latest stamp launch which you can see here.
So that’s 2 boy cards in 2 days which is practically unheard of - see I told you it was the same but different yesterday lol!!
I have to say that it took me a good while to colour it as I kept changing this and changing that and adding more here and adding more there – you know how it goes!! So although I had the time of my life, I ended up with loads of Copics on the desk and now I don't know exactly which ones I used, sorry.
The papers are from the Aye Aye Captain collection from Nitwits – it’s in the revalued nook section so it’s only $3.49 for all those papers and bits and bobs which is great value .
And I used one of me reverse wonky rectangle nesties which you can get from Tracy over at Dies To Die For (I love the shape)
I made the little anchor tag by printing out one of the elements from the paper pack and then over-stamping it with one of these ….
… tags ( I made a mess of punching the hole to attach the brad as you can see, but you know me, warts and all on!!)
Click the pic to take you to the right place on the LOTV website peeps :)
I made some waves using the negative from this TH die …
.. which you can get from Simon Says Stamp – clink the pic to get to the right place :)
And of course, the sweet little red self adhesive rhinestones are from Wild Orchid Crafts
So that’s my card for today peeps and I’ll see you tomoz with something more piggy-esque. Yes we can’t have too many boys cards can we lol!!!!
Enjoy your day. Mary from The Ribbon Girl has just told me that they are expecting a scorcher today – sadly Chester is a bit grey but you never know what might happen later. And in any case, I am stuck inside working – booo, hisss - so I won’t enjoy it even if it cracks the flags. And the when it does crack the flags, I moan that I am too hot and won’t go outside!!! Fickle, doesn’t come close does it!!!
Huggiest of hugs to all xxx

Hi Dawny I love this card. The colours you have used are so bright and vibrant and I think the wonky rectangles just work perfectly with boat images because they remind me of a boats sail. Love Linda
