Tilda Gets Punched :(

Picture 003 copy

Ooo errrr!!!

Hi peeps, happy Friday and hope all is well xxx

Today we have a fabulous challenge over at Just Magnolia cos we are asking you to

Punch It Out

As always, the JM girlies have come up with some stunning creations to share with you, plus there is a bit of news about next week cos it is a VERY special week for us, as we are going to be celebrating our first birthday, so lots going on there.  But back to this week and there is a fab prize up for grabs as we are sponsored by

Well I have to say that I really enjoyed this challenge  ……

and here’s what I did.

I will just say that IRL, those butterflies don't look as if our Kyla has come along and randomly stuck them on, but they do a bit on the pics – grrr!!! That’s why my usual angled pic is missing cos it looks ten times worse on that one.

Oh dear!!!!

So as is the norm around here of late, I coloured Tilda with my Copics which you can get from the very wonderful Tracy over at Dies To Die For, and she also has some GORGEOUS Martha punches in as well. Of course, I went for the doily look and added a bit of pink along the edges.

The papers are a mixture of Pink Petticoat and Wild Rose Studios which are also available from Tracy.

The punches I used are EK Success Retro punches (I think!!) and the butterfly punch was probably one of the very first punches I ever bought all those years ago. It’s so old that I cannot even tell who its made by, sorry chicks!!

1 And that’s me card!!

Well my week with Kyla is nearly up and we have had such fun I must say. She is going to a party today and then tomorrow she is going to ballet for the first time to try it out and see if she likes it. Aww!!!

She had a very bad day yesterday, the poor little mite, cos she fell of her scooter and hurt her chin – that was her starter for 10. Then we went for a bike ride along the cycle track near our house and we met up with one of her pals from nursery so it was all set for a lovely afternoon. I thought she was making hard work of it on her bike and then I noticed that her front tyre was completely flat. It was more than just a puncture – it’s going to need a complete new tyre I think – so we had to come back home.

Then she was helping Richard as he was trying to fix her bike and she was pumping up the tyre with the foot pump and her foot slipped so she has a big graze down her shin. So when I say we have had so much fun, I think I better re-phrase that to I had fun and so did she until yesterday lol xxx

So I better get going cos she will be arriving shortly. Have a great day peeps and I will see ya tomoz with a card I should have put on yesterday but didn't get around to it.

Huggiest of hugs to all xxx

Hi Dawny

Great card, just shows this Tilda can be for any season, love the papers.
BTW the paper you recommended finally arrived I just had a chance to stamp an image and use one of my Promarkers on it but it is looking good. Hopefully play more with it over the next week.
