Spring Tilda :)
Morning peeps and hope you are all OK
We may not have a host of golden daffodils here today but we have some – yes I think Spring is on it’s way. Our birds have started making the sort of noises that are clearly attractive to birds of the opposite sex (please don’t think about it for too long lol!!), and that’s usually a good sign.
So it’s happy Friday peeps and time to check in with the Just Magnolia and hAnglar & sTanglar challenge gang.
This week we have a fab sketch for you by our very own Bev …
.. and here it is.
We are sponsored this week by the loveliest ladies ever ….
…yes it’s The Ribbon Girl (I am so excited cos you know what I’m like with ribbon and I am going to be a GD for them in March – woohoooo!!) and this is what’s up for grabs ….
BUT if that wasn’t all, we have a second sponsor for you as well …
and there is a £10 voucher to spend in their store.
It’s all good – in fact it’s absolutely marvellous!!! :)
So this is what I did with the sketch.
My new Magnolia Spring kit dropped through the letterbox and well, how could I not ink it up!!!!
I was torn between this little sausage and another oh so cute one. I coloured both and went with this one cos I liked the way her leg dangled out of the circle, but the other one will appear on here soon of that I am certain!!!
Copics used today?
Well there is a list as long as your arm (mmm, slight exaggeration, unless you have very short arms of course) cos for some reason when I do yellow (which isn't very often) I end up using more than normal.
So anyway I used ….
E00, E21. R11, R20 (skin), E42, E50 (hair), B0000, Boo, B02, Y0000, Y00, Y02, Y06, Y11, Y38, W00, W1, W3
And here’s the daffs.
I LOVE daffs and always have some in the house when they are out and about although Rich never lets me pick them from the garden, the big meanie lol!!!
The blooms I used in this little arrangement which are all from Wild Orchid Crafts are ….
And if I’ve done it correctly (hahhaaaa!!) , clicking on the pic will take you to the right place on the WOC website
I also used the old PATP Eyelet Lace Punch again ( can you tell that I hadn’t put it away!!) and the papers are Nitwits (Hoppy Hearts)
Guess what else I hadn’t put away!!!
BTW, the middle bit on the yellow nestie circle is a lovely Nellie’s Multi Frame – Round, and these are available from Tracy at Dies To Die For who is also lovely but is not round!!!
So that’s me done for the week.
I’m doing a Pro Marker workshop tomorrow at Purple Butterfly Crafts in Hawarden and one again next week as it’s such a popular class. Then I plan to have a very lazy Sunday but of course that is never how it works out.
But we live in hope!!
Have a great weekend whatever you are doing and I’ll see you back here on Monday.
Hugs to all xxx

Cutest LOTV Bunny Sneak Peek & A Lil Bit Of Candy 4U xxx
Hi lovelies and hope you are all OK xxx
Can I just say a huge thank you to everyone who left a comment yesterday or sent me an e-mail re my new DT post. You have no idea how much this has meant to me and I just want to let you all know how much I truly do appreciate your kind words xxxx
Today over at the Lili Of The Valley Thursday challenge our theme is
Circles
so we just want to see something round on your card – how easy is that:)
And there is a £10 voucher up for grabs
plus some fab DT cards and quite a few of the girlies have used the new release images which are are going on sale on Wednesday 9th March at 9am (UK Time).
There are some verrry cute mice in this release plus a lil elephant and as always they are all oh so sweet :)
I used this bunny image which is called Gift Wrapped – awwww.
I remembered NOT to chuck out the Copics list today – not that many on it – and I used
C00, C1, C3, C5, RV0000,m RV000, RV10, YG0000
I have had this old punch for years – it was one of the first I ever bought – and I still like it. I think it might be a Woodware punch but I wouldn't swear to it!!
A yummy double bow made with some gorgeous seam binding from Wild Orchid Crafts.
The pearl in the middle was part of one of them pre-done arrangement thingies and I thought it was a bit big so I cut it off :(
It came in very handy methinks!!!
See that lovely grey that I used on the nestie and to mat the DP?
Well it was from the Paper Mill Shop and it’s actually paper - I love the texture ;)
There’s a tiny bit of Martha’s PATP Eyelet Lace Punch just peeping out – Tracy at Dies To Die For has these in stock and the DP is from one of Summer Driggs collections that she so generously gives to us completely free of charge (thank you Summer xxx). These are from the Dryer Lint At Tiffanys collection.
Fab aren’t they!!!
And talking of fab, we mustn’t forget the self adhesive pearls from Wild Orchid Crafts.
So that’s my card de jour peeps.
I did say that I had a bit more candy for you and today it is …..
… this little poppet here.
So as always if you fancy giving him a new home, all you have to do is leave your name with good old kinky Linky and I’ll pick a winner this time next week. Well I say I will but of course I wont cos I leave that to Mr Random Boy!!!
So on that note I’ll be off and I’ll see you tomoz with something Tilda-ish (it will be Tilda for sure cos my new Spring kit has arrived and I could not resist inking it up)!!
Huggiest of hugs to all and have a great day xxx

Good News, Some Cardage and A Few Pics :)
Morning peeps and hope all is well xxx
At last I am able to share some news that I have been dying to share. Those lovely peeps over at Simon Says Stamp have asked me to join their DT and of course, I said YES PLEASE - how could I refuse such a wonderful offer :)
And hugest of thanks to them all for having me xxx
But of course, it means you have to put up with me on a Wednesday as well now lol!!
So today is my first DT card for today’s Simon Says Stamp Challenge and our theme this week is
Coffee & Cream,
and the DT have all used Whiff Of Joy images this week.
And check out this prize ……..
which of course you are able to spend right here …. :)
So using colours which you probably guessed are right out of the old piggy's comfort zone ….
… this is what I did.
I used Melinda Blowing Kisses and coloured her with Copics. Sorry chicks I threw the list away again – doh!!
I’ve been doing so well too!!!
Here’s some deets for you ….
Martha Stewart’s Flower Bed Punch and some layered Nesties, complete with a button, a bow, some lace and a bit of twine :)
I layered up some Hero Arts white and cream flowers and added a glitter sprinkled brad in the centre.
Have EK Success 1/8” circle hole punch, will have lots of 18/” circles to make patterns with :)
It’s recycling as well cos these are the bits you usually chuck out.
And there’s my very first SSS DT card done.
If you get a sec peepsies, nip over and see what the other girlies have done.
And then have the fabbiest of days.
Hugs to all xxx

Not Done This Before!!!!!
Morning peeps and hope everyone is ok xxx
Today over at Papertake Weekly we have a sketch challenge as it’s the last one of the month – where did February go????? I cannot believe we are in March soon!!!
We are sponsored by the very wonderful Simon Says Stamp so as always we have a fab prize up for grabs :)
And this month's sketch is …..
… this bad boy here!!
So I thought I would do something a little different today – even though I seem to have gone back to the bright vibrant red and black colour combi again
Firstly, there is not a Copic in sight. Well there is but more of that in a sec!!
I used one of the Lili Of The Valley Cute Squares - I used Party Girls - and decided to have a go at that there pyramage thingy. These squares make it ohhhh so easy and I quite like the fact that it is a bit different.
Some things don’t change though cos I sprinkled the old Glamour Dust over her skirt.
So here’s where the Copics went.
I didn't have any black pearlies left so I coloured some white Wild Orchid Crafts ones with a black Copic pen!! You cannot see from this pic but they don’t half shine.
The papers are a mixture of Pink Petticoat, a Jak Heath freebie (thank you Jak xxx) and a pink piggy special ie I punched some red circles out and stuck them willy nilly onto some black card.
And there’s another thing different as well …
Did you notice that there isn't a single bloom in sight!!!
I tried to see if I could make just one card without adding any (sad aren't I!!)
There has to be ribbon though – that is a step too far!!!
So there you have it for today lovelies.
I will be back tomorrow with a bit of news but I’ll leave you with a sneakie peekie until then …..
…. oooerrrr, they aren't my usual colours lol!!!
All will be revealed tomoz so until then have the fabbiest of days and hugs to all xxx

The Dope Struck Again!!!!
Hi peeps and hope all is well with you on this cold and cloudy Friday morning – but at least it’s FRIDAY, woohoooo!!!!
Today over at the Just Magnolia challenge we are still in slushy mode cos our theme this week is
Love You
and of course, we do xxx
We’re sponsored today by
and there is a £10 voucher for you to spend on anything in their shop or online :)
So…
.. this is my card.
Now time to fess up (yes, again lol!!) cos I’ve actually put the wrong sentiment on here – doh!!!
I meant to add one that said ‘with love’ but my one remaining brain cell was having a day off seemingly!!
But anyhoos she is holding a heart and that’s ‘lovey’ I guess.
So I coloured my lovely little hAnglar girlie with the following Copics -
E00, E21, R11, R20 (skin), E42, E50 (hair), B60, BV0000, BV000, BV02, BV31, C00, C1, C3, RV0000, RV000, RV10 , V12, V91 (clothes etc)
The papers are Nitwits – a mixture of Tippy Toes and Oh The Possibilities and the sentiment is Pink Petticoat.
I did a little fiddly thing with some Copic-coloured tulle and some of the gorgeous seam binding from Wild Orchid Crafts. Not sure I like how it turned out cos there is something I haven’t done quite right, but there it is and there it’s staying peeps!!!
Of course, these beautiful blooms are all from Wild Orchid Crafts and I’ve dabbed a bit of Diamond Stickles on here and there!!!
So that’s me done.
I’m off to the NEC at the weekend with my friend Lesley who runs Purple Butterfly Crafts in Hawarden – it’s where the heart pins came from. It’s a fab craft shop with the loveliest of lovely staff and loads of yummy stash all nicely laid out, plus a coffee shop with cake to die for :) It’s where I do me workshops and classes, so we are off to check out what’s new in the mad crafty world.
If I’m not back over the weekend , have a great one peeps and see you next week when I’ll have a little bit of news to share.
Hugs to all xxx
