Hi peeps and hope you are OK xxx
Welcome to day 2 of the very first Pink Petticoat blog hop and hugest of apols to Liz and the team – my internet crashed about 9.45am this morning throwing me into a complete panic!!!
But we are here now!!!
Yesterday saw some totally stunning creations from Liz, Terrie & Vicky and if you haven't already seen what they did, please do nip back and check it all out.
So ….
… this is what I did with the paper pack .
I do like making these ‘pinny’ cards and they are so easy and can be adapted for so many occasions.
I find the easiest way to do them is to make a template by folding a piece of paper which is the same size as the front of your card (so in this case, 6 x 6) in half. Then using something round to draw around ( or do it free hand if you are neat, which I’m not!!) , draw a curved shape from about half way across the top to however long you want it – go out to the side that is open. Then with the paper still folded, cut away the shape. Now when you open it up, you have a template which is even on both sides.
Easy peasy!!!
Other things I used on here were a chopped up Pink Petticoat sentiment ribbon, a Tilda Lace die from Dies To Die For, and some vintage seam binding and various blooms from Wild Orchid Crafts
I hope you like it and if you do, please leave me a quick comment and I’ll randomly pick two peeps who will each receive a paper pack :) And if you leave a comment with all 6 of the CT, then you have 6 chances of winning. The winners will be announced tomorrow chicksies xxx
And don’t forget that if you like the Vintage Rose collection and haven’t yet got it, it’s back in the boutique at it’s introductory price of £5.99 (so you save £2 on the usual price) and this offer is on until the end of February
Ok so enough piggy waffling from me, it’s time to head on over to the next part of the blog hop and that is to my fablass friend, the very sweet and oh so talented Leann. Good luck everyone and enjoy the hop and see you tomorrow.
Hugs to all xxx
