My First House Mouse :)

Morning sweet peeps and hope you are all OK. I’m a bit late with me card for this week’s Simon Says Stamp Challenge so hugest of apols to all the SSS crew there but I’ve been a bit under the weather these last few days.

All OK-ish now and I’m off to sunny Port Sunlight later on so if you are dropping by come and say hello -  I’ll be on the LOTV stand :)

So this week our challenge is

Sparkle & Bling

Well say no more cos I do love sparkle and bling (so THAT’S where Kyla gets in from, I just realised lol!!)

As always there is a fabulous ….

… to spend in the

All the DT have used Stampabilities stamps this week, which include Peanuts, House Mouse and Happy Hoppers. Now I do like HM stamps but have never used one before …

… until now :)

But aren’t they lovely to colour peeps – oh so easy!!

So this little chappie got the Copics treatment in these colours -

E000, E50, R11, R17, R20, R27, R59, W00. W1, W3, W5, W7

So not too many really. And the sparkle is there around the image and on the hat but sadly el crappo photographer here hasn't managed to pick it up :(

Those lush papers are from a My Mind's Eye 6 x 6 HAZEL Paper Pad

I also made a mat using a Martha Stewart Vintage Floral Punch Around The Page Set and for out the old Magnolia leaf and swirl die … just for a change!!!

We’ve had the sparkle and now here’s the bling …..

I used some of the pretty Hero Arts 103 Clear Crystal Gemstones.

You can see the bling better than the sparkle even tho this pic is slightly out of focus so don’t  think its yer eyes!!!

We are having a Kyla free weekend (cry cry) as she is in Anglesey but I took her shopping last weekend to spend some of her reward hearts (hearts make cash in out house lol!!). She wanted a ‘mummy’ purse or a handbag which had to be very blingy and a necklace which had to be very dangly (her words)!!

The look of pride on her little face as I put the basket round her arm and told her to go and do her shopping was priceless – she looked so proud – and I think that Claire’s Accessories is her nirvana at the mo. It’s full of stuff that she dreams about lol!!

Anyway I better go and get ready for PS.
