Pink Fest, Blooms, And A Little Miss :)

Picture 007c copy copy

Morning peeps and hope all is well with you this Friday – the weekend is almost here and I for one am very glad about that!!!

So time to head on over and check out what’s happening over at the Just Magnolia and hAnglar & sTanglar challenge. This week our hostess with the most-ess  is one of the sweetest and most inspirational ladies in the Land of Blog, the lovely Jacque

We have a brand new sponsor this week and they are  Crafty Sentiments Designs, a small company bringing you a selection of Clear Polymer Stamps, Digital Images, Digital Papers and Exclusive Rubber Stamps together with a few essential supplies.

And there is a voucher up for grabs …

So our challenge is a sketch  ……

….  this one here which you can flip and rotate and  as long as we can still see all of the elements of the sketch it’s fine and dandy :). And in addition,  we  want to see Flowers Galore, either as embellishments, on embellishments, or on the DP...or ALL of the above!

So me being me, I rotated it didn't I!!!

And predictably it’s a bit of a pink fest but to be fair I haven't been too ‘pink’ of late so I guess it was about due!!!

So this sweet lil hAnglar Miss arrived at chez piggy a few days ago and I could to wait to use her – she is part of a duo kit and you can see it here. I am so impressed with h&s – they ship them out so quickly:)

So I did the colouring with polychromos and Copics thing again and used these Copics -

E00, E21, R11, R20 (skin),  E33, E41, E50 (hair), C00, C1, C3, C5, C7, RV0000, RV000, RV85 (clothes etc)

I used Pink Petticoat papers and sentiment strip and the ever so fab Tilda Lace Die.

I also used some of the pretty pale raspberry pink dewdrops ….

… and this beautiful 38mm white silk crush ribbon  and pearl button (which was tied with pink button twine) and they are all available from The Ribbon Girl.

The blooms are of course from Wild Orchid Crafts and I used sweetheart blossoms, hip rosebuds, tea rosebuds, and 5mm closed rosebuds

I wanted to create a sort of hand tied bouquet thing – here’s another view of it :)

So that’s my card all done peeps.

I’m off now to get some work done – it’s like painting the Forth Bridge some days!!!! I’ll see you next week if not before and have a great weekend, whatever you are doing.

Huggiest of hugs to all xxx
