Papertake Sketchie xxx

Ohh dreadful editing yet again!!
I just cannot seem to get the colours to look right whenever there's red and green involved :(o

So with Christmas coming up, God help you poor peeps having to look at my atrocious attempts!!

Anyway, it's time for another sketch over at Papertake Weekly .......

... this one.

We are also being sponsored by the lovely Lou from Lily Boo and she actually took the sketch to Sam and got the images we've all used this week specially made. I am so honoured, I really am, and they are fabulous images.

So I chose the stocking and coloured it with PMs and blinged it to within an inch of it's life!!!

And here's the old card. I did a bit of 3D-ing with the furry bit of the stocking (not sure what it's called lol xxx) and covered it in Flower Soft.

You might be able to see it better on the arty farty angle piccie further down xxx

The paper is PP - stripes in yummy pistachio - and the ribbon was from my stash.

There's a bit of Martha Stewart on there as well, and you can get these fab punches from the wonderful Tracy at Dies To Die For as well as oodles of other gorgeous-ness.

I also did one of me danglies and the little stocking charm was from Simon Says Stamp - how cute is that!!!

It's also a close up of the Basic Grey brad which I scratched with the pliers - clumsy old mare!!

Now of all the pics here, this one is the one that is truest to the actual colours.
But STILL not quite right.
