It reminded me a bit anyway!! Mind you, I've always seen things that other's can't so it is probably me being me as per usual.
But anyway, as it is Sunday, it's time for another Anyone For Anya challenge and this week our theme is
Perfect Paper Piecing.
The team have done some gorgeous work, as always, so if you have a sec to spare, nip over and have a mooch. And if you want to join us but find yourself without an Anya to your name, you can pick one up over at Dies To Die For as well as lots of other fabulous goodies.
So here's what I did.
I really do love this colour combi - tis one of my faves - and I think Miss A looks rather chic in her outfit.
What do you think of her red boots?
Please excuse my awful colouring peeps - I have new contact lenses - them there gradual varifocal things - and I am still getting used to them. Of course, I used my good old bad boys - no blingy stuff though (shock horror)!!
The papers are a mix of Wild Rose Studio Spring CD - the dotty paper from the 'colour it yourself' section and I just left it plain, and Mad About Cards gingham.
The button was a stash inhabitant!!!
And there you have it.
It was Port Sunlight Craft fair yesterday and I was there doing my demo thing with Pro Markers, Pink Gem stamps and the new Wild Rose Christmas CD. Lots of lovely ladies came to say hi, including my blog buds Pauline and Shell. Lovely to see you again chicks. I have to say that the weather, for the time of year, was glorious and lots of people were having their lunch outside in the sunshine.
So after the last mad few days, a quiet day is in order today I think. We are having a bit of a trad Sunday lunch and I am off in a sec to start making it. I am going to savour every single morsel of me roasties and every molecule of unhealthy lemon tart with cream (or tart au citron if you are posh!!!) cos this is my last proper meal for a while.
Yes, the lardage has piled on again when I wasn't looking, no doubt cos I was too busy stuffing food into my trap!!!! My chins are almost into double figures. My thighs are getting huge - thank God my stomach covers them lol xxx And my behind is getting wider by the day, to the extent that very soon, I will need a couple of tugboats to turn round.
It is really not a good look.
I have resisted the urge to get on the scales for a couple of weeks now cos I think I had developed ostrich syndrome. But this morning I got a bit brave and I did not like what those flamin' scales told me.
They could be wrong, but straws and clutching is springing to mind lol xxx.
So I am back on Slimmers World. PDQ!!!
Enjoy your Sunday (and your Sunday lunch) girlies and see you soon.
Hugs to all xxx
