The new September kit is now available over at Raspberry Ribbons and I have to say that this one is my fave to date.
It's called Loving Lilac .... and I am lol xx It is GORGE xxxx

Papers are PP, the brads are Making Memories and the frame is Craftwork Cards
The stamp is by Stampendous and I used Versamark and chalks for a softer effect.
And just when you thought I'd put it way, ta dahhhhh, here it is ... my MSBP (heee heee) with PP paper, some acetate and Tilda coloured with PrismasTFS and have a great evening xxxx
Wow I am lovin all 3...gorgeous..gorgeous cards...and scrummylicious ribbons ..tell me is that just black dots around the stampendous image or is it pricked and yes she is still in love with that punch

ReplyDelete... just as you teach me how to knot a ribbon to make waves you gather lilacs and set me salivating for more.
You are a minx -and I love you for it.
But how are you making those cute bunches of ribbons and bows?
I assume the simplest ones are two or three lengths of ribbon knotted and then worked until the arrangement works.
But what about the very first frou-frou? That card is THE best BTW. I'm intrigued as to that ribbon embellishment tho'. How many different ribbons did you use? And what was the process? I love the dinky thinner bits of ribbon there playing hide and seek.
Please tell?

wow Dawny, you've been busy, these are gorgeous I love them all, and your right that ribbon is gorgeous I love the wide ribbon with spots on, I love the effect your get using you new MS Punch it's fab, gorgeous colouring and papers. oh and I love the stripy trousers on Tilda Fab Jill x
ReplyDeleteHello Dawny.....as you may remember from my garden that lilac is my favourite colour....I love the softness of it......the cards are lovely, so pretty......I have noticed that most crafters rarely use lilac.....why is that??

Wow pick me off the floor these are fantastic hun, love them all glad I worked out what your abbreviations were. I love that black White and Lavender Tilda the best. You asked what that Sizzix die was I have just looked through 929 dies on Crafty Devils and cannot see it, it is quite old and all it has on the die is Sizzix Decorative Accents, hope you can find it cos I use it loads. Sorry not much help, have a good evening Honey#

They are all gorgeous, but there's something very striking about the first card, really love the black and white stripes echoed on the girl's clothes.
